Which exsensions do you prefer?

Originally I was going to get sew in extensions for my birthday/graduation

But A lot of people are breathing down my neck to not get them because they'll damage my hair

(personally in my opinion i think ALL extensions do some sort of damage when you take them out)

So i did a little more research on other options

One is mico beaded , sew in, and then keratin fusion

I am hesitant but leaning s little more towards the keratin fusion because I read that they can last for 6 months

I'm a little worried because its glue and i know that can really damage your hair

Clip ins are not an option, I've had them before and I don't want to fuss with my hair and getting them in, i want long hair all the time

When i was in middle school i had something like micro beaded hair, they were red and one of the strands took out my hair where it was clamped, it freaked me out.

Which is really the best way to go?

Pros and cons for all of them?

And any warnings i should know
