Why can't I answer questions in the new format? I can type my answer in the box, but there's no 'submit' box?

I have found that unlike the green version you can read answers to questions from people who have blocked you but you can't submit an answer yourself.

Maybe just teething problems. When I have any sort of problem with the new format, I copy my answer, go back to the Q, click on it again and paste. That mostly works.

I hate the fact that we can no longer preview our answer before submitting.

It is NOT to do with whether you are blocked by the person asking the question! If you are blocked there is NO box to type an answer into. In your example OzNana it is a glitch.

The page has not loaded properly. I get this sometimes. The entire site is lower and a lot clunkier than it used to be

OzNana, not a format glitch, I have come across it also, just that the asker has blocked you. Have you noticed questions you have been able to answer, and taken a note of those you couldn't.

Has nothing to do with you Oz, just they can not handle your point of view, see our opinion does not count Oz.

Next time you come across it, take a note who the asker is.

It happens to me too. I refresh the browser and my answer eventually appears.

There are quite a few glitches on this new 'improved' version.

Questions keep appearing and disappearing and then reappearing on mine today.

If they have you blocked there is no submit.
