Lucid dreaming FILD technique?
I have been trying to dothe FILD technique for lucid dreaming I have set an alarm for12 but when I get up im too tired to evdn think straight, what can I do?

I hate when this happens. It's so frustrating! Drink a large amount of water right before you go to sleep. Later on in the night your body will naturally wake you up, and because of the desperate need to use the bathroom, you won't easily fall back asleep until you've relieved the issue. Getting up, even if only for a couple seconds, will help a great deal to wake you up enough to regain your focus. Just be sure not to let yourself become TOO alert or you may have a problem getting the technique to work as you won't be in the correct state of mind. It's a bit of a balancing act at times, but after a few tries (or if you're lucky just one or two!) you should be well on your way to figuring it out. :)
