Hacker on my network! Help me PLZZ!?

I live in a house with a guy who is taking classes on networking and apparently he is practicing on everyone else PC's in the house. we have confronted him, but he just denies everything, but we know for sure its him. He's doing things like changing settings, disabling internet and even being able to take full control over the admin, or he may even be the admin on my comp.even doing things like moving the mouse remotely. Please someone help me keep this guy out of my pc. I'm using xp home and have closed all the ports. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Call the cops can you imagen what hes going to do once he is hired hes there type of people that steal passwords make sure the wifi is protected with a WPK password give it to everyone but him also install Comodo firewall see if the bas tard can get thru that

    call the cops on him... he has broken the law and will be in jail for 10 to 25 years if you report him
