Will Putin's invasion of Ukraine cause Iran, N. Korea and others to build nuclear weapons?

I think the point is well made and taken, that countries with nuclear weapons will not easily be pushed around. We all wait to see the response and reaction of signatories other than Russia. This is a historic moment.

North Korea already has, and Iran would be invaded sooner than developing nuclear weapons.

I thought North Korea had one of sorts,and the international community wont allow Iran to have one. I doubt others will?
