How can I convert my MIDI file into sheet music with chords?

I'm wondering if there's any software/sites to simply convert an MIDI file into sheet music with chords, that I do not have to enter manually myself?

Most any music notation software can generate sheet music from a MIDI file.

For chord markings (like Cm or E#7), it's up to the program you choose. I'm not certain if any of them do it faultlessly (is it a Bb major or G minor?), or whether any of the free software has such a feature.

Here's a free program you can try:

    Finale Notepad http://www.finalemusic.com/products/finale-notepad...

as well as a site with a free online editor:

    Noteflight http://www.noteflight.com/login
