I want to buy a new phone... apple or samsung?
So i am planning to buy a new phone and i really can't make a choice... i want a phone that's quite fast (iphone) but i also like the features from samsung (i currently own a samsung S3 mini) however sometimes it can get on my nerves how it can be so slow...
What i also hate about iphones is the fact that there is no home page, so i can't add widgets like in my samsung. And the fact that i can't add anything to the iphone without using itunes or some software (correct me if i'm wrong). And the fact that I can't use it as a usb :P (i sometimes download programs on my phone and then transfer them to the laptop or the opposite).
so what do you think? do i switch to Iphone or do I keep using Samsung? if yes then which samsung?

If you like widgets and homepages etc, don't go samsung, go the HTC one, it's voted number #1 phone 2013 & 2014, it's amazing and has a nice feel to it, were the samsung has a cheap plastic feel to it, also the iphone 5s is good if you like simplicity and organization

No standards which phone is better than others.
Just think about what you want most from your new phone then make a choice
I had a iPhone then switched to Note II
I love the bigger screen and have more fun with it

I would say stick to your samsung... You tend to like freedom and that's what Samsung offers with it's Android system. On the other hand Iphone is very restrictive. All you need to do is to get the Samsung Galaxy S4. it is a lot faster and more powerful than the S3 Mini as it has a faster processor, more memory and a newer OS.

iphone has the best apps and security (no virus checker neededed like other phones have).
It also has imessage, Siri, facetime, both front and rear video camera, aluminum casing, slomo video, sapphire lens over camera and fingerprint both, airdrop, call blocking, etc. 5S is also the only 64-bit phone on the market today.
Plus when you resell it in the future, iphone hold their value far better then other phones, so you actually get alot more back for it.

to be honest neither Apple nor Samsung
try something new like LG G2, Lumia 1020, Xperia Z1s
I have Samsung Galaxy Note 3, i am not happy from it even 1%. it freezes, laggs and no-one knows how to fix it even Samsung Support. There is one fault which i remember is happening to it after 4.4.2 update which is (Nearby services have stopped). even XDA is no help

Get a Samsung Galaxy S4, or wait a few months for the S5.

Honestly, I would prefer an iphone 5s because its more advanced. But for a samsung, I'd buy a samsung grand or the new samsung s4

I would stay with Samsung the s5 comes out sometime next month and it's supposed to be 2 or 3x faster than any apple product
