I asked for Chorizo and got Polska Kielbasa...?
....I wanted to do some Chorizo Tortillas for the Oscar party and my friend brought Polska Kielbasa.
What is it? What can I do that's bit size fun?

You have Polish Sausage. Cook it, I usually boil it, slice it in to 1/2 inch slices - stick some frilly toothpicks in it and serve it with an assortment of mustards for dipping. I also like 'Chili Sauce' (not salsa) with Kielbasa. Some kind of cheese for dipping would also work, melted Velveeta™ - Cheeze Whiz - fondu - or such would also work.
It is definitely not Chorizo!

Kielbasa can be sliced and served as is with cheese or pickles . It can be warmed if desired but is fully cooked and goes well as is with beer and crackers.It is not as spicy as chorizo and does not have the paprika taste.
