I need some IT help for a RCA 7 inch tablet?
It is a model # RCT6378W2. I just received the tablet back in the mail on 2/25/14 from having a cracked screen fixed. Today, the screen started displaying multiple copies of the same image, and none of the on screen "buttons" match up with the touch screen function. I attempted a power off reset, pressing the little recessed reset button on the back, and that did nothing to fix the problem. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this device?
