me and my gf wanna join the military?
So im 17 so is she and were in a very committed relationship and ive always wanted to join the army active duty but ever since me and my girl friend got together ive had second thoughts about enlisting as active duty, because she wants to enlist in navy or airforce active but the reson ive had second thougts is cause I feel like I may never be able to see her until we get out of the military. So I guess im asking what should I do I have no idea what to do cause if I decide to enlist im eligable to enlist next month.
Ive wanted to join since I was a kid but never though id meet someone so importent to to make wanna change my mind about the army like I feel she deffently my future but I want an army life as well

Youre only 17, why would you risk your career over a girl. Heck im saying this and i am a girl. Focus on your future. If its meant to be, it will be.

grandpa said it best.
if you go army and she goes anywhere else, your relationship for all practical purposes is over and she will move on to someon IN her service (or a civilian). same could be said for you.
getting 'joint spouse' in the SAME service is tough enough (and not guaranteed), but in different services - will not happen.
you are young. odds are you each go your separate ways as you enter adulthood and find someone else anyhow
