Get money back from scam website?? Help please!?

Ok so I found this website and they advertised cheap merchandise so I bought some and over all it cost me 147 dollars. Turns out the website is a scam from some Japanese place and they take your money and close the website and disappear, I payed with PayPal and I don't know how to get my money back, is there even a way? Please help me?

    If you paid with PayPal you should be able to open a dispute with them.
