Scam website took my money, how to get it back? Points ASAP!!?

Ok so I found this website and they advertised cheap merchandise so I bought some and over all it cost me 147 dollars. Turns out the website is a scam from some Japanese place and they take your money and close the website and disappear, I payed with PayPal and I don't know how to get my money back, is there even a way? Please help me?

    You will have to call PayPal but there are no guarantees that they will get your money back. Read their policy on fraud purchases and follow it accordingly. Sorry that happened to you. :(

    As long as it was less than 30 days ago, you file a dispute with paypal for an Item Not Received

    If it was a digital product, your out of luck, PayPal no longer covers that in there Resolution policy. If it was for a physical product you might have a chance, but your looking at least 30 days for the whole process to go through.

    You can probably kiss that money goodbye. Learn from the experience. Paying with a credit card may be a better way as you can file a claim with them and they may be able to pull back the money while the dispute is being settled.

    i think you can file a claim with paypal for fraud
