I'm wondering if Radioactive objects are illegal but not like iron or gold or mercury. I mean like uranium or higher atomic number rates

Depends what country you are in.
Here is the UK you have to have a license to hold and store radioactive substances. You have to have trained personnel on site and have regular inspections of your storage facility to ensure it is safe and secure.
