Okay, well I'm 14 years old, and I was wondering whether mild exercises (squats, lunges,etc) would decrease breast size? I know cardio will, which is why I try to stay away from that, but will squats and lunges? I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying to build muscle.
You see, I have a flat butt. It looks big from the side, but when I wear jeans, it looks flat from behind. So since mid-January I've been working out, doing squats, lunges, sit ups, etc. I've also given up on most junk food like chips, soda, cake, nutella, brownies, etc. The only 'junk' food I eat now is a scoop of chocolate ice cream twice a week, and one cookie for lunch every other day. I want to see fast results, is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I do 100 squats a day, 20 lunges, and 20 situps all in one day. So can anyone please recommend a healthy diet and exersise routine which will help speed up these results without losing my breast fat? I'm a 34B now...

All bodies are different. But it sounds like the exercises your doing are mainly working out your legs and stomach and shouldn't have any effect on your boobs. And it doesn't matter whether you have boobs or not. I mean I'm flat as a board don't see me complaining. Uuggghhhh I want boobs so bad!! But anyways just keep doing what your doing!
