Knot in my throwing arm.?
I have had this re-occurring pain that is brought upon by a knot in my upper bicep/lower shoulder after I pitch. It becomes incredibly tight and is uncomfortable to throw with this pain. My arm is sore and lacks motion the following days after I throw a bullpen. I have tried icing it, heating it, and even massaging it a little as well. If anyone has any ideas of what it may be, I truly appreciate it. Thank you.

You may have a glenoid labrum tear. It is a common injury to throwing athletes. This article explains the injury

The labrum is a ring of connective tissue that helps keep the arm bone in the shoulder socket. The biceps tendon also attaches to the labrum in what is called the biceps anchor. Perhaps you have a partial tear in the biceps anchor as well. It is natural for the muscles to contract to guard against further injury.
You should see an orthopedist. Get an MR arthrogram. This scan which also involves a contrast dye will help detect the tears.
You should see an orthopedist who does Dextrose, Platelet Rich Plasma, and Stem Cell Therapy (aka prolotherapy)–a low intrusive, nonsurgical procedure involving injections of the proliferant dextrose, your platelets, and stem cells. It will regenerate and heal the injury effectively and quickly. It’s best if the doctor uses ultrasound to guide the proper placement of the injection. Here are videos that explain and demonstrate them.
