Harvest moon animal parade-farming?
So I have the first three bells(fire, earth, and water) but my soil seems to be getting worse and worse? I had gotten all the spots up to the darkest shade but now they are back to really light and only producing decent food? Do I have to keep putting fertilizer on them or will it get better by itself or the more I plant? I'm very confused>_<

In Animal Parade soil quality decreases over time. If you want it to stay at the highest level you'll have to keep using fertilizer.

Using fertilizer is not only the solution for this but using the proper fertilizer is the need for this. This can be achieved by doing soil test. This link may help you http://www.wikihow.com/Take-an-Accurate-Soil-Sampl...
After soil test you yourself find the appropriate fertilizer for your soil.
