What do i do when i can't sleep off my add meds?

Well I accidently mixed my meds up and took my add med instead of my anxiety med tonight and now i'm up and can't sleep with nobody to talk too! What would you do?

    If you took your anxiety med then would that calm you down enough to sleep. Maybe it would overload you so you would sleep very soundly.

    Read a book. That will drift you off to sleep.
