how do I get rid of bed bugs in are room.its ruining are lives :( HELP?

    Call an exterminator that specializes in bed bug infestations.

    Or option 2: Shave yourselves, strip naked, and burn the house down.

    You can take all of the bedding out side and leave in freezing weather. As far as carpet, try some bug cleaning product. Ask at a hardware counter. If you have a deep infestation, you will have to have exterminators out.
