    Bottom of your laptop, http://www.umpcportal.com/gallery/d/56954-2/Toshib...

do you see the backwards L shaped cover on the left? remove the one screw towards the middle right of the cover, if the screw turns but you can't pull it out, don't worry it has a clip that holds the screw so it stays with the cover, now see the little opening next above the screw ? stick your finger there and pull up on the cover, the rest of the cover is held in by plastic locking tabs, so don't worry if you hear a bunch of cracking sounds, you're not breaking the cover. once that's removed. this is what you'll see.

    inside the laptop http://www.umpcportal.com/gallery/d/57101-2/Toshib...

the hard drive is located on the bottom left. there seems to be only one screw hold the hard drive in place. look at the upper right corner of the hard drive and you'll see a black screw holding the hard drive bracket. unscrew that and pull the hard drive to the right by using the tab that is sticking up on the right side of the hard drive, to remove the hard drive. next, unscrew the metal bracket that's surrounding the hard drive, use the same bracket on the new hard drive, and reverse all the steps to re-assemble.

These directions may not be 100% exact, because I have never work with this laptop before, and I happen to find the images above.
