In my quest for becoming extremely healthy I have found many foods and easy recipes that are healthy but tasty.

If your picky and are not the best cook (or just don't want to spend hours in the kitchen every day) I recommend looking at recipes designed for moms to make for children. Recipes for children are often easy to make and are designed for their simplicity and tastiness for even the pickiest of eaters.

    Veggie Nuggets: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMf920BFmr0

I love these. However I don't always cut them into shapes. Rather I just slice them into squares to maximize the amount of nuggets I have. These can often me made ahead of time and frozen too, so that you will be prepared for weeks on end.

    Healthy Chocolate Ice-Cream: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kSVC01JUrM

This "ice-cream" is made primarily of banana's, greek yogurt and cocoa powder.

I recommend looking through more of her recipes. They are extremely easy to make.

Another thing I had to search up and down for were healthy snacks that I can much on in front of the tv.

    Kale Chips: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-kale-chips/

You wouldn't think these tasted good but they are amazing! I recommend switching normal olive oil with garlic olive oil. Gives it flavor!

    Apple Chips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9aVp8tkdM8

Put a bit of cinnamon sugar on them before you bake them and they are amazing!

Make sure to eat a filling breakfast, that's always the best thing to do. My breakfast every morning is an egg sandwich. Scramble two eggs (I put a dash of milk and a little salt) and put it between two pieces of whole grain toasted bread (not buttered). I also have an apple or orange on the side. It's healthy and has a lot of different nutrients.
