My favorite Villain is Darkseid, he's the epitome of being a villain. Cunning, powerful, merciless and, has followers who view him as God. Though he's been depowered throughout the years, we'll never forget his best showings as a definitive powerhouse in the DCU

Palpatine from Star Wars. I enjoyed watching his master political game unfold. It was rather brilliant. Loki. The guy is clever and crafty.
I like smart villains that are masters of deception and that pull off master schemes.
