different sources say different numbers
Jupiter: 63, 67, 67+
Neptune: 13 or 14

Edit: Don't know where one post got number of moons for Saturn. Should be 62. There are numerous objects that could qualify as Dwarf Planets (some with names, most only known by their provisional numbers), but there are currently five that have been certified by the International Astronomical Union: Ceres, Pluto, Haumea, Make' Make', and Eris.

Jupiter has 67 known so far, but they could find more.
Neptune has 14. The 14th was discovered in June 2013.
Pluto has 5. 4 was discovered in 2011 and 5 was found in 2012.
