Saint Louis, Kansas City are the two biggest with the best employment chances. If your looking for something smaller Springfield maybe a good option.

I'm from Missouri, I'm from the Deep South of Missouri. My town is not a very good town to visit, it had a high crime rate and is the meth capital of the world. I would avoid most of the south part. Don't get me wrong I am a proud Missourian but not the best for touring or living. I would suggest Springfield or Brandon, they are both a little more northern.
