This has also caused my old processor to do the exact same thing,it's not the pins on the cpu i've checked them and none are damage and it's not the monitor because i tried it on another computer and it works fine. any suggestions? thanks.

On most MSI FM2 motherboards you can turn your computer on and power will go through most parts, but it won't boot. (The fans will turn on, everything has power, etc)
This is usually because of the APU, but being as you have tried 2 different processors, this is odd.
Is there any beeping at all? This would indicate that the APU is indeed operational, and that it's gone into POST. (A computer won't go into boot into POST or the BIOS if the CPU/APU isn't functional)
(Although if there isn't beeping with either processor, most likely I would think it to be the motherboard or if not both, and this is seemingly unlikely, processors are dead)
I don't see this being the motherboard, but I might be wrong.
If your monitor works fine, hm, dang, I got nothing besides it maybe being the RAM, but still, the computer should at least go into a Power On Self Test if it were only the RAM.
