Can girls only get pregnant during their periods?

None of this happened im just curious. Say that i have sex with a girl a week before her period, can she still get pregnant if i come in her? What if its a few days after her period? If she cant get pregnant from sex before her period then what would be the closest time that she could have unprotected sex before her period? Like if we had sex 1 day before it could she get pregnant? Howa bout 2 days? can you tell me the shortest time. sorry i nkow its a lot of questions.

She is usually most fertile 2 weeks before her period starts, but teen girls especially can ovulate at any time.

Including during their periods, even though it is uncommon.

Semen can live in the female body for up to 5 days, so even if you have sex a week before you think she might ovulate (release egg) she could still end up pregnant.

The egg needs to be fertilized within 24 - 48 hours of being released, btw, but because semen can live so long inside there is no "safe" window.

Unless you are prepared to become a father at any time, don't be silly and wrap your willy.
