What popular bollywood/hindi song is this?

I heard it when I was really little I'm positive it's either a 90's or 80's song. In the video the guy and girl were in a field and i think he wore a black turban or black outfit. and the girl wore a really dark green or black outfit. I don't know how to spell or write Hindi but the only part i remember of the song was the guy singing this sentence then the girl repeated it (bear with me if you can understand what I'm about to write) " Hata me pehli me a ga eeee"

I think that's the chorus I'm not sure. But please if anyone knows what I'm talking about help me out!! It's stuck in my head.
