Is everyone entitled to love?

Are there some people who just aren't good enough for it, maybe you know someone who is unable grasp this feeling, or someone who happens to just really be unfortunate enough to be alone for the rest of their lives.

No one is entitled to love. Labels , names, and titles are immaterial to how most of the rest of the universe interacts with your mind and body. Even if one works for love, the universe does not necessarily provide it either because it is not a place of fairness, just circumstance. Earnings and just desserts are decided by people, places, and things external/foreign to one's judgement. It's not a matter of whether some people are good enough for love, because life is not fair, does not offer guarantees, and there is no sentience that forces this to be otherwise.

Everyone is entitled to what they deserve. Be it bad good unfair or fair. If you want something you will work for it. If you're not bothered nothing good will come out of them being lazy

We're entitled to nothing in this world, you have to earn, or rather deserve anything you get.
