How can I answer the questions on Yahoo.?
The submit button seems to have disappeared,Nor can I find an address to contact for help.

Just be sure you have not reached your daily limit. If not, refresh the page several times and it should reappear.

it happens to me sometimes too, refreshing the page once or twice fixes it usually
