I had a bad break up with a guy I was with for a year. He was my best friend, boyfriend, and I told him everything. We broke up and now I feel like I don't have any friends
So A and Ar keep telling me how they both liked me a year ago and they don't understand I just want to be friends. Should I cut them off? Tell them the story of why I just want to be friends? Or..?

Tell them they are too far in the friend zone at this point, but you will keep them in mind if you know of a single girl who would be a good match for one of them.
You can also offer to be a wingwoman for them if they are going to a party or a restaurant where they like a particular waitress.
