Yes.
You must sell the Item that you have listed.
Contact the buyer first,otherwise you could get your Paypal account frozen by E-bay for dodgy dealing.

Yes you certainly will do and will get a bad rating over it, you will have to issue a refund too and maybe oay the cost of having the Ps3 returned to you. It's not worth it to lie.

Paypal tends to favor the buyer. The buyer will claim you shipped the wrong object and will get a full refund.

Yes, you can get into big trouble by Ebay - they also have better lawyers than you do
