    Condoms are a form of contraception -- birth control. Condoms also protect against many sexually transmitted diseases. There are male condoms and female condoms. Google the word and read more about them.

    A condom is not a medicine. It is a psychical barrier that prevents the transfer of fluids from one person to another. And is by no means perfect.
