    Hi There!

My husband and I did some juicing about a year ago. My husband actually tried to only drink juice for a week but he had a hard time and was only able to do it for 3 days. And I don’t blame him. It’s really not that much food / calories. Of course juicing has its benefits but I wouldn’t completely go to juicing instead just add it into your diet to get great nutrition from veggies and fruit.

We usually used carrots, celery, cucumber, beet (only us a little bit, it can make the whole juice just taste like beet…a very overpowering taste), kale, also an orange / grapefruit and apples.

But if you are looking to eat healthy, I found this report that talks about foods that will help your body burn unwanted fat…it would be too lengthy to talk about it here so here is a link to it: http://hypertracker.com/go/geistzac42/weightloss/

I've never juiced and from what my friends have told me its an iffy fad. They are always hungry! Eat better and exercise more, its really not that complicated.

I used to weigh 200 pounds and now I'm a size 8. All it took was a few hours of exercise a week and a healthy diet. Email me sophietate80[at]gmail[dot]com if you want to see my routine or get stuck.

    Good luck :) xx

Did juicing before my wedding went from 9 stone 10 pounds to 8 stone 5 in 2 months. I loved the carrots and lime juice. Also lots of greens. Spinach broccoli. I added lemon or lime to give it a bit of a kick. Also if you add ice cubes you get lovely smoothies like lemon, green tea. Or mango and orange. I drank a lot of green tea to and walked for an hour a day. Stay away from swede it's got 8 teaspoons of sugar per helping. Sweet potatoes are good too. It takes about 10 days to start to see and feel the difference. Hope this helps and good luck. Also great recipes on the cambridge juicing diet website and review forums.

Play sports, stay active, limit sugary food, bad fats, consume healthy fats from avocado's, extra virgin olive oil, fish etc, drink water, etc.

Why diet? Just eat right 80% of the time and do physical activities that you enjoy if you don't already. Juicing veggies and fruits is really healthy though.
