How to get this guy to like me? Points ASAP!?

Ok so I'm a seventh grader and I like this eighth graders that is the teacher aid for my math class, so I wanna find a way to talk to him and get to know him but I'm too shy and I want him to like me really badly, and just to let u know a little about me, I'm a short skinny brunette, half Mexican, and I'm loud and obnoxious which kinda is a turn off but gotta be me, right? And I usually make people laugh an I crack the joke in the party usually and people usually come to me when they need to feel better. So anyways can u give me ways so he starts to like me? Please, PLEASE? And I know u can't make a person like u but hey atleast I can try! Thanks and points ASAP !!
