What should I do (distraction problem)?
So I have a serious problem with getting distracted. I thought it was just because my phone is addicting, but even if I'm doing my work without technology, I seem to get off track. A lot. And it's starting to mess with my sleep schedule. I have to wake up for school everyday at 6 am, and the normal time I go to sleep is around 2 am. I can never get to sleep on time because I have to finish my homework before I go to bed, but I get distracted so easily that it's hard to finish anything. I told my mom that I want to go to a doctor to see if I have ADD. But she won't take me. She says there is nothing wrong with me. But I need help because I basically don't sleep anymore. What do I do?

You need to stop being distracted then. It is entirely on you, whether or not, you want to get your assignments done to get to bed early. Unless you seriously had ADD, I am sure that your parents would have figured it out by now. All I take from this is an individual who makes excuses. If you want to get sleep and succeed, you will have to wean yourself off your distractions for a certain period of time.
