Is their any self help books that you guys would recommend for people suffering from schizophrenia I would?
like to find one for free but its okay if I cant I will be willing to pay for it if it is any good :) any recommendations

Can't help with a book on the subject. But, did you see or read the movie and book "A Beautiful Mind"? I'll be reading the book so can't comment but the subject, Nash, suffered from mental illness but was very productive in his field.

The problem with schizophrenia is that it usually takes medication in order for you to BE in the state of mind to help yourself. If you have the medication, then you are most likely seeing a therapist that is there to help you so you don't HAVE to do it alone. If you think you have schizophrenia, PLEASE go talk to your doctor. If you don't have medical insurance, there are usually programs that can help you.
If you have a family member WITH schizophrenia, there are a lot of books you can get to learn how to help them. They aren't written so YOU can help yourself. Here are some links for you for books.
