Pea's what? Peas in the pod are readily available at farmer's markets during pea season. Freshly picked peas loose their sweet flavor and their sugar turns to starch quickly after picking, so most peas are frozen or sent to the cannery to preserve the fresh flavor.
The best way to have peas in the pod is to grow your own, of course.
