Will any 7 inch case fit on my 7 inch tablet?
I want to buy a cover for my 7 inch Huawei Media Pad 7 Youth but when I look up cases that are specifically made for my tablet on eBay, I get a very limited selection rather than when I look up just 7 inch cases. Logically it should work, but I'm not sure.

Logically? Not even.
No, cases are made to fit specific tablets. Even the shape of tablets of the same screen size varies, along with where the power/volume switches are on the unit, the USB port, and the headphone jack. You might be able to use a generic portfolio type case, but you might not. Depends on how it is shaped.

No not unless the charger port, on/off switch and sound switch are in the same place.
