2.he wants to show him how much he loves you.

3. Please compliment him even he cooks bad.

Hot hot hot! I would love if the guy at like would cook for me. But He might just be nervous to make the first move I don't think he is trying to impress you he probably just wants you to know he cares. I think you should go on a date with this guy again and see if he open ups to you and kisses you. If you play with your hands a lot he might of just thought you were nervous and didn't wanna ruin the moment. Give it time best of luck!

I think he deff is taking note of what you said and trying to be romantic since you said you like that. But I prefer going on first date to somewhere public because if you stay indoors at the guys home, alot of guys take that as a chance to hookup and then that's all it ends up being. In my opinion its always good to go somewhere public instead of "watching a movie" as your first date. But up to you, he could jus be acting sincere and being a romantic person, but you'll fig that out on the date I guess
