It not only common but required that parenys pay to support their children. In my professional experience, i have never heard of Child Support encouraging a mother to keep having more children. Why would they? There have been funding cuts to state agencies and which means less workers, less hours with mandatory furlough days and pay cuts. The child support case workers do not receive a penny more fir additional cases. The exact reason why i dont work Child Support or Family Court anymore. So why would any child support worker encourage more clients, which means higher case loads with fewer workers and less time to process and child support case workers make the same no matter how many cases they have. So this woman is lying to you or you are trying to get everyone riled up because you have a pathetic life and are being forced to pay for your responsibilities of your child.

Yes, it is common that courts require fathers to pay child support for their children even if the woman has other children and even if she doesn't work. The law requires a man to support his children.
