Getting a job at McDonalds help?

I know I'm not the norm. Gonna be 33 this year, still living with the rents, however I got the whole basement to myself and my curfew isn't till 1 AM :). I am wanting that new iphone and I need money parents said they won't pay for upgrade from 5s. Would McDonalds hire me if I only needed like a month or two of work to get my new phone? Thanks a bunch!!!!

Well a month ago you said this...." Pretty good looking guy....I have my own house, I have a degree, I have gainful employment " and two weeks ago you said you had a shelf stacking job for 15 bucks an hour so guess you don't really need a job at Mcdonald's.

No, first of all your first months at a job would be a sort of training and development period where you would be awful at whatever you are doing and receive awful hours due to it. Second off you're interpreting the concept of a job wrong, if you need quick money try to do odd jobs for your parents, shovel driveways, mow lawns etc use your imagination. So no you wouldn't earn enough to pay for a phone until at least 5 or 6 months on the job, and instead of a phone grab a career and get your own place, if having a basement to yourself is nice imaging having an entire apartment, cheers
