Ive got a PS4
Well fist of all PS3 has a vast library of games( including the apps) and the PS4 hasn't got much yet, but that's obvious because the PS4 has only been out for 4 months as of today. The PS4 needs many updates to its management and supports ( library management , menu management, USB support, bugs ....) where as the PS3 has been optimized to its best because of the many years it has been out. People have been comparing the PS3 to the PS4 to point out the disadvantages for the PS4 but in time these problems will be fixed. But overall the PS4 wins.

The PS4 has the ability to stream any game to Twitch TV.
It has more power to play games faster and smoother. It can remote play most games to PS Vita.
it has the ability to Voice chat with any friend while you play a game even if they are not playing it with you.
It can send group messages while PS3 only sends individual ones.
It record gameplay for you which you can upload to Facebook and twitter. Also, you can make a random Facebook account, upload your gameplay to it, take it from the Facebook, edit it, and make your own Youtube videos ;)
Not a "feature" per say but, it has three Free to Play games so you can play PS4 games if you are short on cash after getting the console.
It will get better and better games as devs explore the extent of the PS4's power.
