I've been a lot hungrier lately?

I'm an 18 year old girl, 5'6 and last time I checked my weight (a couple months ago) I was 117lbs. For a while I was working an afternoon shift at a factory and that kinda threw off my body's schedule I think, but I used to be better at eating less, and I'd typically not have much appetite, and now it's like I'm hungry a lot but I don't really wanna eat but still keep eating anyways? I'm getting stressed out over this because I don't wanna be gaining a lot of weight?

I'm not working that job anymore, though and typically if I'm stressed/feeling low I don't wanna eat?

Also I try not to eat but then usually I'll end up eating what feels like a lot and I'll want to throw up after (I don't, but.)

    this has been happening to me too (5'7 120lb) it's probably stress, I stress a lot. But don't worry, i eat a lot. You can eat, eat all you want, just make sure you're doing some kind of exercising. And youre proaby also hungry because you got a new job and it's working you out and so now you need food. Eat!

    You're underweight and when you're hungry it's just because your body needs nutrients, stop starving yourself.
