How do I put my iPod songs on my new computer?

I got a new computer and I want to put my songs on that computer. All my songs are on my iPod, so I plugged my iPod in, but I don't know what to do now.

Update:

I already have iTunes on both computers.

Is there any reason that hundreds of separate iPod owners need to ask this question?

In the future, download your music to your computer and save it to disc or flash drive. I've always don't it that way and never had to ask this question.
