Does he like me?

Okay me and this guy were hanging out after school yesterday with a few friends (I don't know him very well, like we just met recently) but here's a list of things he did:

-said I had pretty eyes

-A LOT of hugs

-put his arms around me randomly

-tickled me

-picked me up at like my thighs and put me over his shoulder and twirled

----but for the record he was giving other girls piggy back rides but they were like jumping on him, I would just be standing there and he would come up to me so..
