Yahoo Mail & Contacts? I have Yahoo as my home page. I used to LOVE Yahoo for my e-mails and contact info.?
I had my contacts categorized, but that all disappeared, although I still have my contacts, there's no options to categorize them. Is anyone else experiencing that or do you know how to set up categories in Yahoo Mail with the new version? I hate the new Yahoo! I might just switch to another e-mail address because Yahoo is not what it used to be. Any suggestions as to another good e-mail provider? I had AOL and COX, but didn't like them either.

I have not experienced this personally but I have noticed many other Yahoo users are complaining about this issue! I have suggested some of them to contact Yahoo Customer Care. I would suggest you the same as I did not find any other trouble-shooting tips in Yahoo Help (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/helpcentral).
