In view of the search for missing MAS HH370, is the host country or owner of the plane liable of expense incurred in this operation?

If the Airline Company employees, including the pilot, ignore

safety procedure, then the investigative board would

come down heavily on that end.

If the pilots were forced to perform the acts, causing its

disappearence, then it would be deemed an act of terrorism.

The pilot was known to have passengers invited into the the

forbidden business end of the plane, for photo shoots.

Depends upon which entity is held legally responsible.
