Was Michael Jackson famous in the 20th century?
I didn't know much about Michael Jackson until now.I love his songs like Smooth Criminal,Billie Jean,Hollywood Tonight.I first heard of him when we used to live in England and my dad told me about this famous Pop Star called Michael Jackson who recently died.I was only 8 when he died and wasn't much interested in him until I listened his songs. They were great and it was for the first time "Real Music".I'm really fond of Michael Jackson so please no rude answers.I just want to know if he was famous in the 20th century I could of known about him sooner.

So you were born in 2001? But you weren't born yesterday- if you know how to use Yahoo Answers then you know how to use Wikipedia or any other site to find out the answer to this question. Do you think that someone who was in his 50s when he died, who released Smooth Criminal in the 80s, was famous in the 20th century? Maybe you haven't done maths yet. I don't think your age is any reason not to be able to work this out as a supposed fan.
