Should a person be insulted if he is a college graduate but is not doing better than a person without a college degree?

They shouldnt be insulted. They should feel challenged. It should encourage said person to go out and use that college education for the reason they wanted to. To get their dream job or start out on their way to getting a dream job. If anything, it could at least encourage said person to go out and get a high paying job
