Adding something to your watchlist is now done by clicking the star beside a question.
Follow Privately is your Watchlist now..
Follow Publicly is like the old Starring.
You can access your watchlist by clicking answers under your profile data on the home page and My Followed Questions and then Privately followed on that dropdown.
