Why does "'" appear in the place of an ' in some Yahoo questions?

    It's a coding error that prints out the code for an apostrophe instead of the actual apostrophe when using Y!A on some mobile devices. It's just the glitch-du-jour. On a site this huge, there are bound to be new glitches from time to time. This is just the newest one.
